I used to fear leaving my own house because I knew that any situation outside of it would likely cause a panic attack. At the time, multiple panic attacks a day had become my normal. I often felt scared, worried, and consumed by what-if thoughts.
And medication… it didn't work for me.
Sure, I may have been a bit of a mess, but that was okay.
I wasn't willing to accept that I had to live in fear and panic every day.

I have since overcome a 15 year journey with agoraphobia, panic disorder, and anxiety, AND SO WILL YOU. With or without medication.
