I was honestly a little skeptical of taking Panic to Peace at first, not sure if it really would help me to get back out to driving, but after a few sessions I felt confident to push myself using the tips I learned and now I have been driving more and farther than I've driven in the last 3 years! I have also said YES to numerous events that I would have previously said no to due to anxiety. I have been more present/mindful when out doing things that cause me panic/anxiety. Before starting Panic to Peace I was housebound and not even feeling safe in my own home or body. Since taking the program, I have been walking farther and farther from home, driving farther and farther from home (drove 3 hours on the INTERSTATE!!!), going on trips, eating at restaurants, grocery shopping, leisure shopping, going to the mall, being in crowds and unknown situations, etc. On top of all of these “physical” wins, what has been most important to me is the mental shift and healthy pushes from myself and my team of support. I continue to find myself slowing down and saying “Nope, you’re safe right here where you are.” Or “Nope, you might feel uncomfortable, but you’re going anyway. Anxiety can come along with you, but you’re done avoiding these places/ situations.” I’ve seen so much peace come from the mental shift— which then leads to physical wins! Panic to Peace has been LIFE CHANGING!

I was hesitant to join Panic to Peace because I was nervous it was a scam, or that it wasn't worth the money, or it would be things I already knew. It was none of those things! It was a great value, definitely not a scam, and I learned so much. Since taking the program, I’ve gone back to work part-time. I’ve been running errands without my husband (my safe person). I even spent a weekend home without my husband. I’ve also gone to doctor’s appointments that I had been putting off for months. Panic to Peace was such an amazing course in many different ways. The curriculum was great. It was understandable, it felt attainable, and it was not too fast paced. It was very "holistic" which I appreciated. And I loved this course because of how Shannon taught it. She truly cares about helping people and wants to be a part of peoples healing journey. It shows in everything that she does.

Panic to Peace is one of the greatest gifts I have given myself. Just days after the program ended, I drove by myself for the first time in over a year! The greatest win I've experienced since taking the program is gaining the confidence in knowing that I can rely on myself. Also the strength to NOT fight the symptoms and just give in to them and to be gentle with myself if things don't go the way I was hoping. But most important for me it helped me be vulnerable (which has always been a struggle for me). Panic to Peace is the first (and only) course I have taken. I don't think anything else could measure up to this for me!

Before taking Panic to Peace, I was feeling really stuck. I have gone to therapy for years and I just finished a 12-week program of intensive ERP therapy and I felt like I really wasn’t getting much better. This program was amazing! Shannon’s gentle approach really helped things click for me. I've experienced lots of day-to-day wins. Being with my kids alone, taking them to activities, the park etc. I was also struggling making it through a full work day and I am feeling so much more at peace with that.
