I used to fear leaving my own house because I knew that any situation outside of it would likely cause a panic attack. At the time, multiple panic attacks a day had become my normal. I often felt scared, worried, and consumed by what-if thoughts.

And medication… it didn't work for me.

Sure, I may have been a bit of a mess, but that was okay.

I wasn't willing to accept that I had to live in fear and panic every day.

I made a commitment to put my mental health and ME first, and it was the best decision I made.

I have since overcome a 15 year journey with agoraphobia, panic disorder, and anxiety, AND SO WILL YOU. With or without medication. 😊

Fear of Dying and Anxiety

I used to have so many what-if thoughts that I would obsess over, to the point where it would create a lot of anxiety and panic that would consume my days.

I used to suffer from anxiety and panic attacks DAILY.

I tried everything... Therapy, medication, so many different techniques and tools, but nothing helped me as much as changing my mindset did.

I slowly started to take small steps and PUSH myself to work towards my goals, and now my life is what I used to dream of. ✨✨
