I struggled for 15 years with anxiety, panic disorder, and agoraphobia.
I know what it's like to feel stuck, frustrated, overwhelmed, sad, and tired of being consumed by fear and panic. For YEARS, I was afraid to leave my own house! And panic attacks... they were my everyday.
I went to therapy for over a decade. I tried medications, natural remedies, and anything that gave promise of relieving anxiety and panic.
I spent so much time and money learning all of the things that got me to where I am today.
Now, I am truly living a life of peace and joy, which I thought was never possible for me.
